Meet Hong Trinh
Hello, and welcome. My name is Hong Trinh, and I am the owner of Hong Trinh Agency.
Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do. I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping individuals, families, and business owners feel confident about protecting what matters most to them.
I believe insurance should be personal. My goal is to help clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and know they have someone they can turn to when questions arise or life takes an unexpected turn.
What I enjoy most about this profession is getting to know people from all walks of life and being someone they can rely on when they need guidance. Over the years, I've learned that insurance is about much more than policies and premiums; it's about trust, relationships, and helping people navigate important decisions with confidence.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Calvin, and our two children, Serenity and Stephan. Whether we're fishing, camping, exploring new places, enjoying off-road adventures, trying new restaurants, relaxing by the beach, or simply spending time together, family is at the center of everything I do.

From Passion to Purpose
My career began in healthcare, where I spent eight years working in the dental field in both front and back-office roles. During that time, I discovered that what I enjoyed most was helping people navigate stressful or confusing situations. I learned that when people feel informed and supported, challenges become much easier to manage.
In 2018, I began my insurance career as a District Office Executive Assistant, helping support and train new agents. In 2019, I joined Frank Soldano's agency as a Customer Service Representative, later advancing into a management role. In 2022, I was honored with the opportunity to acquire the agency and continue serving the community that had trusted us for years.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to receive recognition including Toppers Club, Blue Vase, Commercial Cup, and Prime Achievement. While I am grateful for those accomplishments, the relationships I build with clients remain the most rewarding part of my work.
The insurance industry continues to evolve, and I understand how confusing those changes can be for families and business owners. While I cannot control market conditions or rising insurance costs, I can control how my agency serves our clients through honesty, communication, education, and personalized support.
