About me.

Hello,

My name is Hong, which means “pink” or “rose” in Vietnamese. Growing up, I sometimes wondered why my parents didn’t give me an American name, but over time I’ve come to truly appreciate its uniqueness. Some people even call me Rose.

I graduated from Agua Fria High School and later earned my business degree from Grand Canyon University. In 2016, I married my best friend, Calvin, and together we have two wonderful children, Serenity and Stephan.

As an agency owner, I’ve seen firsthand how much the insurance industry has changed, and how those changes impact everyday families. My goal is not just to provide coverage, but to help create stability and clarity for the people I work with.

Outside of running the agency and spending time with my family, I enjoy being outdoors. Whether it’s fishing, hiking, camping, or spending time on the water, I value any opportunity to recharge. I also love cooking, exploring new foods, and traveling. There’s nothing quite like experiencing new places and relaxing by the beach.

In my free time, I enjoy finding small ways to give back and help others where I can. I’m also passionate about exploring ideas that can create positive, lasting impact over time.

FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE

My career began in healthcare, where I spent eight years in the dental field working in both front and back office roles. During that time, I discovered what truly drives me: helping people. I’ve always enjoyed taking complex situations and making them simple to understand, especially when someone is feeling overwhelmed. Being able to step in, provide clarity, and resolve issues quickly is what I found most fulfilling.

In 2017, I was ready for a new chapter. My husband, Calvin, encouraged me to explore the insurance industry. At first, I was hesitant. Sales was completely outside of my comfort zone. But I quickly realized that insurance isn’t about selling, it’s about protecting people and standing behind something you truly believe in.

I began my insurance career in 2018 as a District Office Executive Assistant, where I helped train new agents alongside the district manager. In 2019, I joined Frank Soldano’s team as a Customer Service Representative, advanced into a management role, and in 2022, I had the opportunity to acquire the agency.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with achievements such as Toppers Club, Blue Vase, Commercial Cup, and Prime Achievement. While I’m proud of these milestones, what matters most to me is making sure my clients are informed, supported, and properly protected.

I may not be able to control market changes like rising rates or inflation, but I can control how my agency shows up for you. With integrity, transparency, and consistent support.
